Our order processing time is around 5-7 business working days. Once the order is processed and dispatched from our shipping department, we will advice you of our international courier way bill no and tracking. Our order are mostly dispatched via International courier and delivery time can vary from location to location.

We use well defined export packaging to ensure that you received good in good condition. Customer will be responsible for import tax, if any, in their country of receipt of goods. Even though our courier company has good delivery and clearance mechanism, customer will be responsible to fulfill any import taxes or import compliance requirement.

REFUND POLICY

We value each of our customer and customer service is our top priority and we support refund process.

You can return items purchased through naturalplaza.com for a full refund within 7 days from the date of your receipt of products. There will be no refund of shipping cost and we can not accept any used product. For Refund processing, please email at refund@naturalplaza.com or support@naturalplaza.com.

Any returned product for refund should be send back to us at your shipping cost.

SHORT SUPPLY OF PRODUCT IN A ORDER

There may be instances that ordered quantity or product may not have been processed properly and thus we In case of short supply of the product, we will refund you the equivalent amount of the product not shipped. Customer are to inform us of the non received product within 7 days.

All our refund will be processed through payment gateway so that you will get the refund back in to the same credit card or paypal account.

DAMAGED PRODUCT

If you have received your ordered product damaged, immediately contact us at support@naturalplaza.com with Order no, your name and explain the condition of Damage. It would be great, if you can send picture of the damaged product or packing.
